The 5.5/2.1 mm DC connector to screw terminal adapter enables quick connection of power leads without soldering. Simply insert the stripped ends of the stranded wire into the terminal block and tighten with the screw. It is suitable for powering LED strips, cameras, routers, Arduino, and other devices from a standard mains adapter with a DC connector, or conversely, for leading power from a custom source to a device with a DC input. Available in two versions – as a socket (female) and as a plug (male).

• Terminal block: 2-pin, screw terminal, 5.0 mm pitch

  • Female: DC 5.5/2.1 mm socket – connect the power adapter plug into it
  • Male: DC 5.5/2.1 mm plug – insert it into the DC input of the powered device
• Polarity: according to the + / − marking on the terminal block; check the polarity of both the power source and the device before connection
• Compatibility: 5.5/2.1 mm connectors; 5.5/2.5 mm plugs do not fit into 5.5/2.1 mm sockets, and a 5.5/2.1 mm plug will fit loosely in a 5.5/2.5 mm socket – please verify the connector size of your device
