Aneng A3009 Pro is a True RMS pen-type digital multimeter with automatic measurement type and range detection, a colour display, and built-in LED lighting. Thanks to its slim pen-shaped body, it can be operated with one hand, making it suitable for service measurements in distribution boards, cars, or hard-to-reach places. It handles DC and AC voltage, resistance, capacitance, temperature, continuity, diode testing, frequency, as well as non-contact voltage and live wire detection. The Pro version also comes with a set of interchangeable measurement tips.

• Voice announcement: yes, in English — the device announces the selected mode and measured values aloud (see note below)

Warning:

• The voice announcement is loud and comments on practically every action, including turning on the backlight. You can disable it by holding the N/L/P and Select buttons simultaneously while powering on. The device does not remember this setting, so it must be repeated after every power-up.
• The voice is in English with a distinct accent. If you do not want voice announcements at all, choose a model from the A3007 or A3008 series, which do not have this feature.
