This sensor is temperature compensated and laser calibrated as "On-Chip". Direct proportional output voltage facilitates the evaluation of the output signal. This dominant feature of the sensor allows for extensive application possibilities, e.g. in flow measurement, full-state display, use in pressure switches and weather stations.
