C-TECH TPU 90A - Flexible Filament For Durable And Flexible PrintsC-TECH TPU 90A is a flexible 3D printing filament based on thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), combining excellent flexibility with strength and wear resistance. Thanks to Shore 90A hardness, this material is soft enough for bending and deformation, yet rigid enough to hold its shape and provide mechanical stability even during more demanding use.
TPU 90A is the ideal choice for printing parts that require high flexibility, impact resistance, and resistance to abrasion, oils, or common chemicals. This makes it a great material for creating functional components, such as shock absorbers, seals, covers, electronics housings, shoe soles, belts, robot bodies, and many others.

Printing Recommendations
A direct extruder is ideal for printing TPU filaments – Bowden feeding can be more challenging due to the material's flexibility.
It is recommended to reduce the printing speed to ensure a stable material flow and high-quality layering.
The build plate can be slightly preheated (30–60 °C), and the use of an adhesive agent or a PEI sheet is recommended.
The material is sensitive to moisture, so it is advisable to dry it before printing (e.g. 4–6 h at 50 °C) or store it in an airtight box with desiccant.
