Spectrum PA12 CF15 is an advanced technical filament reinforced with 15% carbon fibres, offering exceptional strength, rigidity and dimensional stability. It provides excellent heat resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 170 °C, making it ideal for applications in extreme conditions. The filament is also resistant to chemicals and moisture, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.

The 15% carbon fibre reinforcement ensures better layer adhesion, resulting in greater print durability. Spectrum PA12 CF15, with its stress-relief technology, offers excellent Z-axis strength and dimensional stability, enabling complex prints without deformation.

Thanks to its reduced weight (10% lighter compared to PA6 CF15) and strong interlayer bonding, PA12 CF15 is the ideal material for professional projects where precision, durability and resistance to external factors are essential. It is a reliable solution for mechanical engineering and industrial applications.

Tip: Due to the significant content of chopped carbon fibres, it is recommended to use nozzles with a diameter exceeding the standard 0.4 mm. The presence of carbon fibres can also cause wear on standard nozzles; therefore, hardened steel or ruby nozzles are recommended for long-term printing with Spectrum PA12 CF15.
