Vynikající zdroj IR světla pro aplikace pro hlídání vymezeného prostoru spolu s IR přijímačem Hx1838 nejen pro Arduino. Rozměrem malý, bohatý výkonem, který lze omezit dle potřeby, Jednoduchá úprava pro externí napájení trvalého provozu. 8m dosah registrace přerušení IR světla jako světelná závora je téměř zbytečný - odběr proudu při napětí 3V cca 6.5mA. Vložením sériového odporu 68Ω do napájení se sníží odběr na 1.2mA a dosah asi 5 metrů bohatě stačí. Funkčním limitem je odpor 120Ω na vzdálenost do 3m a odběrem 0.6mA.
Pro kutily experimentujícíma s IR ovládáním je tento produkt ideální. Amatérská stavba IR zdroje - vysílače je náročná a stěží by přinesla lepší výsledky, než tento ovladač.
