The fully insulated 55 mm alligator clip with a 4 mm banana plug socket is used for the quick connection of multimeter measuring cables or laboratory power supplies to terminals, clamps, and conductors. Simply insert a banana plug to instantly convert a standard test lead into a crocodile clip cable – no soldering or screwing required. The plastic body covers the entire clamp and socket, making work safer than with non-insulated crocodile clips, and the jaws open to approximately 13 mm.
