The MGN12H linear guide consists of a miniature profile rail with a width of 12 mm and a recirculating ball carriage that moves along it with minimum play and low rolling resistance. Compared to round rail guides, it offers significantly higher rigidity and precision while maintaining a low construction height, which is why it is primarily used in 3D printers (X/Y axis upgrade), CNC milling machines, laser engravers, sliding tables, and other precision positioning mechanisms. The rail is available in lengths of 300, 400, 500 and 600 mm.

Important assembly notice:

• Never slide the carriage off the rail without the sealing strip – the balls will fall out and the carriage will become unusable.
• The guide is preserved from the factory. Before assembly, clean the carriage and rail and lubricate them with light oil or linear guide grease to eliminate any jerky movement.
• Mount the rail onto a flat and rigid surface and tighten the screws gradually from the centre to the edges to prevent the rail from twisting.
