LilyGO T-Encoder Pro is a complete rotary controller with its own brain – combining an infinite rotary encoder, a capacitive touch AMOLED display, and an ESP32-S3 chip with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The entire front knob rotates and can also be pressed, allowing you to control volume, temperature, light brightness, or the on-screen menu with a single element. With 16 MB Flash and 8 MB PSRAM, it can handle demanding LVGL graphical interfaces and is ideal as a control panel for home automation, a MIDI or USB controller, a smart thermostat, or a stylish PC controller. For connecting external sensors and modules, there is a uConnect (Qwiic, easyC, STEMMA QT) connector with I2C on the bottom side.

Note:

• Depending on the production series, it may be equipped with a display featuring the CO5300 driver and CST816 touch, or the older SH8601 with CHSC5816 touch. Before uploading sample code, verify which version you have – you will find examples and firmware for both in the LilyGO repository.
• Both four-pin connectors on the bottom look identical, but one carries I2C (uConnect) and the other UART. Be careful not to confuse them before connecting a module.
• The serial output on the UART connector is disabled by default – if you want to use it, set the "USB CDC On Boot: Disabled" option in the Arduino IDE.
• This product is not a standalone functional unit and may require professional installation.
