Hydrostatic sensor for measuring liquid level in the range of 0-2m. The sensor is placed vertically at the bottom of the tank in which the level will be measured. The sensor then measures the hydrostatic pressure, which corresponds to the height of the measured fluid above the sensor. Can only be measured in tanks that are not pressurized. The measured liquid must have a viscosity of no more than slightly cloudy water. It is also necessary to ensure that no debris settles on the bottom of the tank, which would then prevent the measured fluid from entering the sensor.
