JR1650 v2.1 is a compact MP3 module designed for insertion into gift cards, boxes and promotional materials. It allows playing your own audio file, which can be easily uploaded via USB. The module is equipped with an integrated speaker, rechargeable battery and offers several trigger versions – button, light, magnet, card insertion or vibration.

Variants:

• Button version: Playback starts with a short press of the button and plays one audio track. Option to set repeated or single playback.
• Light version: Playback starts automatically when light is present and stops in the dark. Option to set repeated or single playback.
• Card version (Contact): Playback starts when the card is opened and stops when it is closed. Option to set repeated or single playback.
• Magnetic version: Playback starts when the magnet is moved away and stops when it is brought closer. Option to set repeated or single playback.
• Vibration version: Playback starts when a vibration is detected after placing the device on any object and plays once.

Instructions for uploading audio:

• Connect the module to your computer using a micro USB cable.
• Once connected, it will appear as a removable disk (e.g. "USB Drive").
• Delete the original file (if stored).
• Copy the new file in .mp3 format
• Once complete, safely disconnect the module from the computer.
• The sound will now play upon activation according to the selected version (e.g. button press, light change, magnet, etc.).

config.txt file parameters:

• VOL: 0-30 (Default: VOL=30) Volume
• IO: (Default: IO=01)
  • 01: Play with skip option – a short press starts playback, another press during playback immediately plays the next file.
  • 02: Play without skip – a short press starts playback and further presses during playback have no effect.
  • 03: Play while holding button – playback occurs only while the button is pressed; when released, it stops immediately.
  • 04: Play while holding with completion – playback occurs while the button is pressed; when released, the current track plays to the end and then playback stops.
  • 05: Play / pause – a short press starts playback, another press pauses it, and another press resumes it.
  • 06: Play / stop – a short press starts playback, another press stops it completely.
