The TEC1-12706 Peltier module, measuring 40 × 40 mm, is a thermoelectric module designed for active cooling and heating using the Peltier effect. When electric current passes through, one side of the module cools down and the other heats up – reversing the polarity of the power supply easily reverses the function. The module contains 127 pairs of PN junctions and is suitable for use in car refrigerators, portable cooler boxes, dehumidifiers, laboratory applications, cooling electronics, laser diodes, or as a compact source of temperature difference in various industrial projects.
