The PoE passive injector/splitter RJ45 with a 5–48 V DC design is a simple kit for supplying power to an Ethernet cable (injector) and subsequently separating it at the device (splitter). It transmits data over pairs 1/2 and 3/6 and power over pairs 4/5 (+) and 7/8 (−), making it suitable for passive PoE applications where power is supplied by an external source. It is available in two versions of DC connector – with a coaxial male or female connector – depending on what you need to connect on the device or source side. The kit is sold as a pair (one injector and one splitter).
