Coloured insulated hook-up wire 24AWG (cross-section 0.205 mm²) with a solid copper core is designed for connections on solderless breadboards, wire jumpers on PCBs, and signal or low-current connections in electronics. It is a single-core conductor (solid wire, not stranded) – it holds its shape well, the stripped end can be inserted directly into a breadboard, and it is easy to solder. It is also suitable for repairs and modifications of existing boards where you need to add or reroute a connection. Supplied on a 40 m reel in six colours, allowing you to colour-code power, ground, and individual signals.
