Raspberry Pi Pico 2 is an improved version of the popular development board, built on the new RP2350 microcontroller. It offers a pair of Arm Cortex-M33 cores clocked up to 150 MHz, which can be software-switched to RISC-V Hazard3 cores, double the SRAM memory at 520 kB and 4 MB of on-board flash. Compared to the first Pico, it adds extensive security features while remaining software and hardware compatible with the original model in the same compact design.

The board features multi-function soldering pads around the perimeter, allowing you to solder header pins and insert it into a breadboard thanks to the standard 2.54 mm pitch. Castellated pads allow the entire Pico to be mounted directly onto your own PCB as a surface-mount module.

Thanks to MicroPython, deep guides and easy setup, the Pico 2 works well for beginners; a C/C++ SDK is also ready for use. At the same time, it offers sufficient power and flexibility for professional use – from machine learning and smart homes to wearable electronics and robotics.
