The dust sensor allows you to monitor air purity, allowing you to measure PM1.0, PM2.5, PM4 and PM10 particles. It features a high-quality optical sensor that uses laser scattering and innovative dirt-resistant technology. It is powered by voltage from 4.5V to 5.5V. It communicates via UART or I2C.

The module is delivered without the connecting cable. The connection cable must have a JST-ZHR-5 connector

Authenticity and Origin Verification:

We supply original Sensirion sensors, not clones. You can verify the authenticity of each unit yourself:

• Label on the black intake module: contains the SPS30 designation, year and date of manufacture, and a 16-digit hexadecimal serial number.
• QR code on the label: once decoded, returns a string in the format RR-MM-DD-<16 hex characters>, which exactly matches the printed text next to it. The serial number is unique for each unit.
• Sensor body: embossed "SENSIRION THE SENSOR COMPANY" inscription on the green cover, stainless steel shielding with a fine mesh, Torx screw and a white dot (production QC mark).
• Condition: new, unused units — both the mesh and the intake inlet are completely clean.

Date of manufacture and calibration:

• Production year of current batch: 2021
• Factory calibration: performed during production (2021)
• Typical measurement drift: approx. 1.25 µg/m³ per year (Sensirion manufacturer data)
• The sensors have been stored unused — neither the laser nor the fan degrade when not in operation, and the declared lifespan of > 8 years of continuous operation is not reduced by storage. For applications requiring precise absolute values, we recommend accounting for the stated drift.
