Shipping and Payment
WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM EVERYONE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS! This means that if you want to pick up your order in person, we must either have the payment in our account at the time of handover, or you need to send us a confirmation of the completed bank transaction.
Free shipping
- If you order goods over 1,000 CZK, we will ship your order within the Czech Republic to a pickup point for free. For delivery to your address, the limit is 2,000 CZK.
- If you order goods over €40, we will ship your order to a pickup point in Slovakia for free.
- You can also pick up your order in person in Rychnov nad Kněžnou regardless of the total order value!
Personal pickup
- Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement on working days at the address: Jiráskova 2009, 516 01 Rychnov nad Kněžnou.
- It is not possible to pay by card or cash at the pickup point.
Tracking number
- All shipped orders will have a tracking number, which you will receive in the shipping confirmation email.
