The rotary encoder board from Soldered Electronics allows you to add rotary control to your project without having to deal with contact bounce or pulse timing. All processing is handled by the onboard ATTiny404 microcontroller, which converts rotation into digital data and sends it via I2C – meaning your microcontroller only reads the final result. Thanks to two uSup connectors (Qwiic, easyC, STEMMA QT), you can connect the board with a single cable without soldering, and use the second connector to daisy-chain further modules. The EC11 encoder features tactile detents and an integrated push-button under the shaft, making it ideal for scrolling through menus, adjusting values, and confirming selections.
