This thermally conductive double-sided adhesive tape is designed for the effective mounting of heatsinks and other components where reliable heat transfer and a strong mechanical bond without the use of screws are required. Thanks to its silicone material, it offers good thermal conductivity, high adhesion, and temperature resistance up to 130°C. The tape is particularly suitable for electronics, LED modules, and other passive cooling applications, and is available in two width variants.
