RobotDyn MOSFET module IRF540N
Single channel power supply module based on MOSFET transistor. The module is suitable for switching circuits requiring a power supply with higher current efficiency and higher voltage than a conventional transistor. Mosfet transistors can switch more power faster and more efficiently than relays or N or P channel transistors. It is ideal for power circuits, motor controllers and lighting circuits.
