The NEMA 8 (20HS50) stepper motor is a compact bipolar motor with a 1.8° step angle and higher torque than the shorter 20HS34 variant. Thanks to its longer body (50 mm), it offers a holding torque of 0.04 Nm, making it ideal for more demanding applications in 3D printers, small CNC machines, robotics, and laboratory automation. It is controlled using standard stepper drivers such as the A4988, DRV8825, or TMC2208.
