The RAK4630 is a compact wireless module that combines a Nordic nRF52840 microcontroller with Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 and a Semtech SX1262 LoRa transceiver in a single package. It can handle long-range LoRaWAN or LoRa P2P communication and wireless configuration or data transfer via BLE simultaneously, making it a great foundation for sensor nodes, trackers, and Meshtastic network nodes. The module is certified (CE, FCC, IC), features factory-assigned DevEUI printed on the label, and is mounted directly onto your PCB using 44 castellated pads around the perimeter. Separate U.FL (IPEX1) connectors are provided for both LoRa and BLE antennas, allowing you to choose antennas based on your specific application.
