This cable will allow you to get rid of all those wall adapters you have hidden in boxes. Instead of multiple adapters with different voltages, this cable will convert any 9V, 12V, 15V, or 20V PD-enabled USB-C power adapter to a DC coaxial 4.0/1.7mm connector with up to 3A output!

Inside the cable is a PD chip. When plugged into the right USB-C PD adapter, which can provide 9V for example, it talks to the PD chip in the power supply and tells it, "Hey, please change your output to 12V, thanks!", and ta-da, you get 9V out on the DC connector.
