    DC Motors

    DC motors rotate when a direct current is applied to them. The rotation speed of the motor can be controlled by adjusting the voltage or current. They are frequently used in projects requiring simple rotation or linear motion, making them ideal for small fans and pumps. H-bridges or transistor switches are commonly used to control DC motors, enabling the change of rotation direction and speed regulation.

    Servomotors

    Servomotors are a type of motor with a built-in control system that enables precise positioning. They comprise a motor, a position sensor, and a control circuit. Servomotors are suitable for projects requiring accurate positioning, such as robotic arms, camera stabilizers, or flap control.

    Stepper Motors

    Stepper motors rotate in fixed steps, allowing for very precise positioning and rotation at a defined angle. Stepper motors are ideal for projects that require high precision in positioning, such as 3D printers and CNC machines. Specialized  drivers are used to control stepper motors, altering the power phases for individual motor coils, causing its rotation.
